EKOPLAGÁT is an International Exhibition and Contest of Posters on the Topics of Nature Conservation and Environment connected with a prize competition. It is held once in three years.

The first international exhibition EKOPLAGÁT took place in Považská Gallery of Arts in Žilina, Slovakia in 1978. It was the first regular international event of this kind in the world.

The triennial is organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic. The organizer of the exhibition EKOPLAGÁT is the Malá Fatra National Park Administration in Varín.

In 2023 the Ekoplagát exhibition and contest is organized under auspicies of Minister of Environment of the Slovak Republic Milan Chrenko.

The President of the Slovak Republic, Mrs. Zuzana Čaputová, took over the patronage of the event.
